Monroe, CT. December 15, 2011 Telenity (www.telenity.com), a leading provider of location based services, social media, mobile marketing and messaging platforms and solutions, today announced that Osman Perksoy has joined Telenity as Vice President, Product Management and Marketing effective December 12th, 2011. Perksoy brings more than 15 years of management, marketing and technology experience at leading companies in the telecommunications industry, including Litle & Co. and Sonus Networks.

Ilhan Bagoren, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Telenity, said, "Osman brings to Telenity high technology management experience and solid marketing skills which allowed him to achieve successful results in his previous posts. We are proud to have him at Telenity. I look forward to working with Osman as we continue to bring new products to market that allow our global and emerging market customers to optimize and monetize the potential of their network assets and offer innovative services to their subscribers."

"Telenity is a vendor recognized for its successful deployments of location, value-added services (VAS), messaging and service delivery platforms," said Osman Perksoy. "The mobile industry is at a critical point trying to manage exponential data growth, a demanding subscriber base using both feature and smartphones, and downward pressure on VAS revenues. There is tremendous opportunity here for Telenity to play a key role in helping operators overcome these challenges with its new and existing products. I look forward to working as part of Telenity's executive management team to grow the company's global market position."

Prior to Telenity, Osman Perksoy served as the principal product manager at Litle & Co., where he oversaw products that integrate business intelligence with electronic payment systems. Previously, Perksoy was the principal product manager at Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS), where he managed the SIP based solutions and the building of a next generation Trunking Gateway. Prior to Sonus Networks, Perksoy held senior software engineer positions at NewNet and EBS. Osman Perksoy holds an MBA from University of Massachusetts and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.
