Miniclip Partners with Halfbrick for iOS Games Print E-mail
Written by Halfbrick
Tuesday, 09 August 2011
“Fragger”, the hit iOS game from Miniclip, has just launched its most recent update, providing hours of even more entertaining gameplay with eleven worlds and 340 levels of explosive action.

NEUCHATEL Switzerland – August 8, 2011 – The newest level pack is the result of collaboration between Miniclip’s mobile division and popular Australian developer, Halfbrick. The partnership sees two games, Fragger and Monster Dash, come together in a brand new world. The level pack contains 30 levels featuring “Monster Dash” hero Barry Streakfries destroying some of the game’s favorite monsters in Fragger-style puzzles.

Miniclip’s Director of Mobile, Antonio Sergio Varanda says, “We are very excited to work with Halfbrick, they deliver some of the best iOS games in the market.”

Halfbrick are as equally excited about the new partnership, “It’s great to give Monster Dash and Fragger fans extra content in an exciting new way. Barry Steakfries is a great character to use in the new levels and adds an extra layer of fun to the pack!”

Reaching #1 in numerous countries, Fragger has been downloaded by more than 5 million people around the globe since its launch. Ported from a Flash game on Miniclip.com, it has become one of the most popular games created by Miniclip’s mobile division which launched last August.

Halfbrick was catapulted to the forefront of iOS popularity with its massively successful Fruit Ninja for iPhone and iPad. Its second mobile title Monster Dash released in August 2010 was met with raving reviews and has now been downloaded over 800,000 times.
