Companies Extend Longstanding Collaboration to Enhance Enterprise Applications with Location Intelligence Analysis and Highly Accurate Maps
Lebanon, NH and Troy, NY, February 8, 2010 - Tele Atlas, a leading global provider of digital maps and dynamic content for navigation and location-based solutions, and Pitney Bowes Business Insight, the leading global provider of data quality and location intelligence solutions, today announced an agreement under which Pitney Bowes Business Insight will use Tele Atlas map data across its entire line of solutions, which are designed to help improve workflows and business systems. With Tele Atlas map data and powerful location intelligence analysis, Pitney Bowes Business Insight enables organizations to acquire, serve and grow relationships more effectively in today's global markets.
For more than 14 years, Tele Atlas and Pitney Bowes Business Insight have enabled powerful location intelligence applications for thousands of public and private organizations across a range of industries, including real estate, financial services, retail, restaurant, wireless, communications, insurance and government. Pitney Bowes Business Insight will leverage Tele Atlas' global digital map database and Tele Atlas Address Points, which pinpoint discrete, actual street addresses to physical buildings or property parcels and deliver one of the industry's most accurate methods for locating addresses.
