Munich, London, Madrid Due to exponential customer base growth of mobile social games on itsmy.com and operator portals, Gofresh now further invests in building up its social gaming developers team and expands its mobile browser gaming platform with open APIs, more payment possibilities and rich media game features.
Only one year after launching the Gofresh gaming platform more than 2 Million users worldwide have played social games and up to 15% of players in Europe and the US also purchased premium game items. The game catalogue currently comprises 20 mobile multiplayer browser games and new games will be published monthly.
The Gofresh Games are fully integrated within m.itsmy.com, the world's leading mobile friends network, as well as in selected international communities and operator portals.
The statistics show an enormous growth potential: The average time a user plays games is 35 minutes a day, splitted into 2.6 sessions a day.
Gofresh social games work with every operator, every mobile device and any mobile operating platform. The games are free to discover and play, but additional features and special items are available in the store. No advertising irritates the players within the games and all store purchases are single-purchases and 100%-subscription-free.
Antonio Vince Staybl, CEO Gofresh: "2010 will be the year of mobile social gaming. With growing feature- and smartphone usage and cheaper data flatrates, the number of people who play social games on their mobile phones will continue to grow very fast and better carrier payment solutions will make it easier to monetize mobile games."
About Gofresh:
