I guess you had to know this may be coming... after 2 years of operation, Nokia is rumored to be pulling the plug on MOSH.
Indeed, perhaps the focus will turn to OVI and more efforts placed on getting a functional, and usable mobile marketplace up and running... even still, many are wondering if OVI will be the solution - in my mind OVI is trying to be everything to everyone which may not always be a good thing. To date, Ovi has been useful for file sharing and for simple synch data to/from, however, the interface and usability has come under much pressure and all one needs to do is lurk around some community user sites to hear grumblings about OVI as well.Again, using one service for data storage, music, maps, multi-media etc... is a fair bit to swallow in one shot.
I have to think its about time that Nokia users had fast, instant, one-click access to an application store that enables rapid search and fast OTA downloads with an effective billing mechanism... no small task.
