It is estimated that developing applications in C# using Net60 can take as little as a quarter of the time of the equivalent native, C++ development. Net60 enables .NET Compact Framework applications to run virtually unchanged on S60 devices. Using C# or Visual Basic .NET in Visual Studio, developers can now use the .NET Compact Framework environment to build applications for Symbian devices.
