Co-founder to lead mobile office software vendor through next phase of corporate growth and new strategic initiatives

Dallas, TX-October 15, 2007-Quickoffice, Inc., the leading global provider of mobile office productivity software and services, today announced the appointment of co-founder Alan Masarek to chief executive officer. Masarek will be responsible for leading Quickoffice's expanded vision of a mobile office.

Quickoffice, already the world leader in providing mobile office document software for smartphones, is expanding its vision to deliver the next generation of mobile office solutions. Through the company's upcoming introduction of server-based solutions, on-the-go professionals will be able to access content from their mobile phones wherever that content exists, across a range of formats.
