“We are very pleased to see the increased focus on the Mobile Web in recent times by operators and users alike” says Raj Kesarimall, Head of Mobile Device Solutions at Jataayu.”This is a welcome development and as pioneers in Mobile Web Browsing we are happy to see our belief in the power of the Mobile Web being shared by many others now”.

Mobile web browsing is much beyond accessing adapted Internet content, anywhere, anytime. Jataayu has been working on browsing technology for over 7 years to improve the Mobile Web experience, through its changing definitions.

Pawan Kulkarni, Product Manager for the MDS product line at Jataayu says “With the release of jB5 on S60 3rd Edition we support all major downloadable platforms including Windows Mobile 5 and 6, PocketPC as well as all S60 editions. Jataayu had launched the jB5 Community site to provide a platform for the mobile web users to discuss and improve the mobile web browsing experience.  “In the past 6 months, jB5 mobile web browser has been downloaded and used in more than 80 countries.  The feedback we have received through the site and, even more, directly has been tremendous.  We are very pleased by the response we have received and are happy to extend the community to include S60 3rd Edition users” says Arun Tanksali, CTO of Jataayu.
