Nokia's platform-independent mobile business solution, including an Outlook Exchange mailbox for everyone, is now available with Cortado Intellisync.
Nokia Intellisync Wireless E-mail offers freelancers and smaller companies an especially convenient and high-performance solution for mobile push e-mail. This solution can synchronize calendars, address books, memos, and tasks, and it runs on devices from various manufacturers. In order to make the solution accessible to users who do not want to employ their own in-house Nokia Intellisync servers, Cortado now offers a hosted Intellisync service on a subscription basis. This service is available to everyone and is easily purchased over the Internet.
The Cortado Intellisync complete package subscription costs 19.98 euros per month. It provides mobile push e-mail with Outlook Web Access and real-time synchronization of contacts, appointments, tasks, and memos. This system also comes with a 2 GB mailbox, comprehensive virus protection, and a professional spam filter. It also includes a license for Microsoft Outlook 2007 (or Entourage for Mac). As with all Cortado mailbox packages, users can continue using their existing e-mail addresses. The mailbox package with Intellisync service can be used with Symbian, Windows Mobile, and other smartphones without difficulty.
Cortado Intellisync also offers a Call Sender option, the use of up to five different mobile devices with only one account, the processing of appointment requests, comprehensive device management via the Intellisync server, and Web Access anti-theft protection that can be activated by the customer.
In addition to the hosted Intellisync service, Cortado offers professional premium services that allow users of various smartphones to print out their e-mails, attachments, and locally saved documents, then send them to a fax machine or display them on a laptop monitor. With Cortado premium services, you can also create faxes with ready-made templates and send them while on the go.
"Intellisync Hosting is another important step for us on the way to becoming a provider of comprehensive professional mobile services", says Dirk Löwenberg, Business Director of Cortado Services. "No other provider has this service in this form in their portfolio. The same can be said about our globally unique premium services for document viewing, printing, or fax output."
