It was back in June 2008 that the E71 was officially released to the public - the selling points for the E71 were a sleek, stylish do-it-all device that came with Mail for Exchange mobile email client - pre-loaded with the Nokia E71. Nokia's head of mapping, navigation and search to drive product expansion at
mobile messaging service provider
August 1st, 2007 - London, UK - Mobile messaging services provider TynTec (www.tyntec.com)
today announces that Ralph Eric Kunz, an original cofounder of the business, has
resigned his senior role at Nokia to focus on his entrepreneurial role with the
company.
Previously Nokia's head of mapping, navigation and search, Kunz will be focusing
on his existing role as Chairman of TynTec to identify additional strategic growth
options and to accelerate TynTec's business growth. In particular, he will be driving forward product innovations developing on
TynTec's core SS7 connected infrastructure. TynTec is a cash rich company that
is looking at both organic and non-organic growth scenarios.
In his last position with Nokia, Kunz was Vice President and General Manager of Nokia's mapping, navigation and search business. Previously
he held positions in charge of Nokia's corporate Business Development, Voice-Over-IP
and Internet Services activities. Here he worked closely with internet companies
such as Microsoft, Yahoo and Skype.

of the telecommunications industry and the convergence of the various industry
