There has probably never been a better time to indulge your passion for UIQ, whether it be as a user or developer. Now, if you have the right skills, you could find yourself shaping the future of UIQ.

UIQ Technology AB is on a recruitment drive. If you check out the SymbianOne job listing you can find six roles waiting for someone with the right skills.

Developer Service Manager - you will be running UIQ's Developer Services function. You will need to be familiar with Symbian C++ and UIQ development and possess excellent management skills.

Developer Consultant - you will be working to help solve problems for UIQ partners and developers. You will need to be familiar with Symbian C++ and UIQ development.

Project Managers - you will be managing a range of improvement, development, release, and maintenance projects as well as product deployment projects for UIQ's customers. Technical UIQ knowledge is not essential, but excellent project management skills are a must.

Interaction Designers - you will be involved in requirements analysis, design, and specification of the user interface and the usability aspects of the UIQ product. Experience of the UIQ platform is desirable and excellent UI design skills are a must.

Graphical Designers - you will be developing the graphical appearance of the UIQ Platform. UIQ experience not essential, but excellent graphics design skills - preferably with a software background - are a must.

Commercial Product Manager - you will defining the UIQ Platform product in commercial terms, including features such as pricing and licensing terms. UIQ experience is not essential, but experience as a Project Manager in the area of software licensing is a must.

Please be aware that all of these roles will be based in Ronneby, Sweden.
