No doubt the images and sounds of this day will ring out loud and reach many people around the Globe very quickly. Once again camerphone technology has brouhgt these images to World and will no doubt help in putting together a timeline.

Students and many others are concerned because there was an apparent 2 hour time gap between shootings with very little notice or warning passed along to student s of the University.

Of Note: there's been much discussion and speculation already as to why there was a breakdown in communication and why after 2 hours were students and faculty not notified about an incident taking place on campus. Apparently the University did send email messages 2 hours after the first shooting. This message warned recipients about a shooting that had taken place. Obviously email is only a valid means of communication for those that are regularly checking email. Perhaps a text messaging solution would have been a more efficient way of contacting the masses since obviously a large % of population have their mobile with them at all times...
