Over at the Symbian Developer Network Wiki there's a new thread providing some
common reasons for applications failing the Symbian signed process... take note
and make sure you bookmark the wiki.
Some of the Common reasons failure include:
- Failure to declare usage of network access or other services
- Uninstall does not remove all files that were created
- Uninstall fails when the submitted application is open during the uninstall
