Wicom CSS offers the functions of a PBX, mobile PBX and contact center as a centrally managed system, thus replacing all traditional telephone systems. Wicom CSS 5.5 also supports Voice over WLAN calls on compatible handsets, which reduces corporate mobile costs even further.
