Telogis Launches OnTrack4 with GeoStream Mapping, On-Demand Fleet Tracking and Management System Print E-mail
Written by Telogis
Wednesday, 30 August 2006

COSTA MESA, Calif.--Aug. 29, 2006--Telogis, a leading provider of on demand web-based GPS tracking systems, is proud to launch the most advanced version of OnTrack(TM), its complete fleet tracking, productivity, and management solution, now integrated with GeoStream(TM) mapping technology.

"GeoStream mapping technology is the most advanced server based mapping product in the GIS industry. It is faster and richer than any client side mapping product, map data is always fresh, and you never have to install map data updates. These three key features alone make OnTrack(TM)4 Telogis' most significant release yet," according to Steven Rabago, Telogis' Chief Executive Officer.

Added key features of OnTrack(TM)4 include:

-- NAVTEQ(TM) ultra fast premium maps with free quarterly updates

-- SEARCH! Instantly find vehicles, drivers, and key locations

-- Unlimited user defined map sizing for wall mounted dispatch monitors

-- Even more user defined reports with automated alerts and reporting tools

According to Jason Koch, Telogis' Senior Vice President, Systems Engineer and Product Manager, "Everybody uses search tools. Embedding SEARCH! functionality into OnTrack(TM)4 with GeoStream(TM) technology is a huge improvement over older outdated systems. Search tools give users the ability to manage large or small fleets with a single click. This advancement is a significant improvement above our competitor's offerings."

The new OnTrack(TM)4 with GeoStream(TM) mapping technology is a field tested and proven GPS tracking and fleet management system that is easy to use and immediately improves business processes.

Managers and Business Owners are able to use these tools to secure vehicle fleet and workforce information on demand, allowing them to manage their business, assets and team more effectively.

Simply put, OnTrack(TM)4 with GeoStream(TM) technology is a complete fleet tracking, productivity, and management application built to provide fleet managers and operators the tools necessary to optimize fleet and workforce performance, and reduce the total cost of fleet ownership, improve customer service and increase revenue.
