SAN JOSE – Kargo, a leading mobile content distribution firm in the United States,
today announced the launch of DigDoo, an innovative mobile games joint venture
that will provide a new level of quality in mobile games for both single and multi-player
experiences.
Available in the second quarter of 2006, DigDoo will offer a series of easy-to-play
“casual” games that will be available on a wide range of Java and BREW handsets,
as well as Smartphones. The games will be compatible with Nokia’s Series 60 handsets,
including the popular racing game ‘Flux Challenge.’ DigDoo players will enjoy
console-game quality and intensity on the handset and will be able to download
games easily from Kargo’s FeverMobile.com Web site. DigDoo will also license games
to carriers for placement on their wireless decks and mobile handset providers
to embed in their handsets.
