Programme 5 in the popular TV-style Smartphones Show is now online, with a feature
on what makes smartphones smart and cool things to do with them, a look at the
competition, in the form of the Orange SPV C600, video supplied by Rafe (AAS)
from 3GSM and some basic Symbian UIQ/generic tips.

What is the smartphoneshow?
A television programme all about smartphones, but broadcast over the Internet.
Think of it as a video podcast ('videocast'). Most people are now on broadband
around the world and you should have no problems downloading each programme (around
40MB) and watching on your desktop, iPod or smartphone.

The number of Smartphones shipped with open source operating systems (OS) will increase from 106 million this year to 223 million by 2014 according to a new report from telecom consultants Juniper Research.
