LOS ANGELES-- May 18, 2005--Amp'd Mobile, the first fully integrated 3G mobile
entertainment company for youth/young adults, announced today at E3 Expo the creation
of its mobile gaming category and distribution deals with 16 of the industry's
leading mobile game developers to offer the best in 3D and multiplayer wireless
games when the company launches later this year.
Amp'd customers will be able to scroll through the intuitive and proprietary

"The concept behind Amp'd Mobile content delivery is to create programming categories,
similar to other media companies, and to let consumers scroll through and change
channels similar to their television, to showcase 3G content in a new way," said
Peter Adderton, CEO and founder, Amp'd Mobile. "We will be offering only the best
in wireless gaming -- multi-dimensional and multi-player gaming never seen before
on a mobile device. We're not interested in simply having a catalog of games to
choose from -- we reached out to the leaders in this industry, developers who
want to maximize the potential of wireless gaming, to help us leverage the 3G
broadband network and new handset technology and deliver 'console-like' gameplay
for the first time."
Amp'd will be providing the most-wanted wireless games for its 18-35-year-old
target audience. Everything from action sports, football, basketball, shooter,
action-adventure, and more, gamers will be able to pull up some gaming excitement
on their phones whether they're sitting in an airport, waiting for a class to
start or taking a break from work.
