Amp'd Mobile Working with Industry Leaders Including Gameloft, Bandai, JAMDAT and InfoSpace to Offer 3G Optimized Wireless Games

LOS ANGELES-- May 18, 2005--Amp'd Mobile, the first fully integrated 3G mobile entertainment company for youth/young adults, announced today at E3 Expo the creation of its mobile gaming category and distribution deals with 16 of the industry's leading mobile game developers to offer the best in 3D and multiplayer wireless games when the company launches later this year.

Amp'd customers will be able to scroll through the intuitive and proprietary Amp'd Live user interface (UI) to find the game "category on handsets and purchase games over the air quickly and easily from various branded and original gaming channels on their Amp'd Mobile broadband EV-DO (Evolution-Data Optimized) handsets. Amp'd will be working with leading companies including Gameloft, Bandai, JAMDAT, InfoSpace and more to offer 3G-optimized games to their customers. Gaming fans will also be able to access games via various content areas on the UI, e.g. if a member indicates that he's a snowboard enthusiast, there will be an opportunity to check out the Snowboarder channel and play the Snowboarder 3D featuring Travis Rice video game, as well as download Snowboarder branded video clips, wallpapers, screensavers, ringtones, ringback tones and more from the Amp'd UI.

Amp'd Mobile's mobile game partners include:

- Airborne Entertainment - Gameloft            - Ninja Mobile
- AirG                   - InfoSpace           - Sennari Entertainment
- Bandai                 - iPlay               - Sorrent
- Brickhouse Mobile      - JAMDAT              - Superscape
- Digital Chocolate      - Jumbuck             - TCS
                           Entertainment       - Vindigo

"The concept behind Amp'd Mobile content delivery is to create programming categories, similar to other media companies, and to let consumers scroll through and change channels similar to their television, to showcase 3G content in a new way," said Peter Adderton, CEO and founder, Amp'd Mobile. "We will be offering only the best in wireless gaming -- multi-dimensional and multi-player gaming never seen before on a mobile device. We're not interested in simply having a catalog of games to choose from -- we reached out to the leaders in this industry, developers who want to maximize the potential of wireless gaming, to help us leverage the 3G broadband network and new handset technology and deliver 'console-like' gameplay for the first time."

Amp'd will be providing the most-wanted wireless games for its 18-35-year-old target audience. Everything from action sports, football, basketball, shooter, action-adventure, and more, gamers will be able to pull up some gaming excitement on their phones whether they're sitting in an airport, waiting for a class to start or taking a break from work.

Some highlights of Amp'd Mobile's distribution deals include:

-- Airborne Entertainment -- Amp'd and Airborne Entertainment will collaborate to develop comprehensive channels around Airborne's premium mobile content offerings including Family Guy, Maxim, Blender and Stuff brands.

-- Bandai -- Amp'd will feature a full line-up of Bandai's top titles including Gundam, Double Dragon, and Dark Castle

-- JAMDAT -- Top skater console title Tony Hawk's Pro Skater(TM) 3D Mobile Edition as well as JAMDAT Sports Gold 3D

-- Jumbuck Entertainment: -- Amp'd will be the first to launch Jumbuck's original 3D chat service, Jumbuck Island, in BREW.

-- Ninja Mobile -- Ninja is custom developing a multiplayer Amp'd Casino featuring 10 games with downloadable assets and integrated casino video clips within the titles

-- Sorrent -- Developer and publisher of mobile games and content including DRIV3R and the much-anticipated title, Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Mobile, popular favorites from PopCap Games, and the mobile game and content suite based on best-selling anime title, Inuyasha.

-- TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSYS) (TCS) -- Leveraging their advanced Graphical Information System (GIS) capabilities and location-based application expertise, TCS is working to fulfill Amp'd Mobile's vision of edgy and cool location-based mobile applications by custom building original Amp'd concepts targeted to the 18-24 market such as Handset Locator and Skatepark Finder.

Further gaming and entertainment deals as well as the complete line-up of wireless games, pricing and handsets will be announced closer to the launch of Amp'd Mobile later this year.
