Company Secures Distribution Rights to 1000+ Mobile Game Titles Representing Top Publishers Worldwide

NEW YORK, May 12  -- Boonty Inc., a global leader in the downloadable games business, is announcing the rollout of a new mobile games offering that allows consumers to purchase and download titles from a vast catalog of more than 1000 games. Compatible with leading mobile handset manufacturers and mobile network operators (including Java, I-mode, brew, Pocket PC and Symbian platforms), the new Boonty Mobile Games Store is supporting the growing consumer demand for mobile gaming content around the world.

The Boonty Mobile Games Store brings a web-based solution to mobile content delivery. The service features the same ease-of-use that's found in Boonty's PC downloadable games offering. Consumers can browse by gaming genre or search via title, developer or publisher. They can also choose titles from a daily-generated best-seller list. To purchase a game, the user simply enters their cell phone number and carrier information into the web service, and a download link is automatically forwarded directly to their handset via WAP push. Billing can be seamlessly integrated into the customer's carrier bill or via credit/debit/pre-paid card or IVR system, depending upon the market.

Developed by Boonty's Asian HQ in Singapore and overseen by Cyrille Even, Boonty Asia's CEO and former COO of Mobileway (now Mobile 365), the Web-2-Mobile Games Store will be available via the BoontyGames.com web site, as well as through the company's extensive network of international partners, comprised of leading ISPs, portals and computer manufacturers. Boonty anticipates strong demand in markets where 3G mobile technology proliferates, including Europe, Asia and the US.

According to Boonty CEO Romain Nouzareth, the launch of the Boonty Mobile Games Store underscores the company's commitment to leading the games download industry with innovative content delivery solutions. "Mobile games are poised for significant growth according to all forecasts and our Boonty Web-2-Mobile Games Store solution is ready to meet consumers' growing appetite for this exciting new entertainment medium. By serving as content aggregator and offering an extensive catalog of titles under a simplified web interface, Boonty is doing the same thing for games-on-the-go as we have done for the downloadable PC games market," explained Nouzareth.

Boonty's mobile gaming solution is compatible with all major handset manufacturers, including Nokia, Sony/Ericsson, Motorola, Sharp, and others. The company plans to support mobile games subscription offerings in future versions, as well as try-before-you-buy demo capability. The service also distributes games for a variety of handheld devices, including PDAs that operate on Palm OS, Symbian and Windows CE.

About Boonty Inc.

Headquartered in New York with offices in Paris, Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo, Boonty is a recognized global leader in the digital distribution games business. Providing a fully customized gaming solution for leading ISPs, portals, computer manufacturers and Internet communities, Boonty boasts the largest distribution network worldwide with a total reach of over 300 million unique users and features a try-before-you-buy commerce model.
