agreement with Intellisync Corporation (Nasdaq: SYNC), a leading developer and

industry. Under the agreement, Intellisync® Data Sync software - a key component
of the Intellisync Mobile Suite(tm) mobility platform -- will be integrated into
AppForge's mobile application product line. The combined solution offers developers
