The 2004 Nokia Mobility Conference (NMC) played host to more than 1200 mobile
industry professionals in Monaco from November 2-4, 2004. SymbianOne was pleased
to be in attendance at this year's event and had a chance to see first-hand the
latest devices, enabling technologies, and applications designed to enable Nokia's

NMC 2004 - New devices (Nokia's 3230, 6020, & 7710), opportunities, and convergence - Video sharing, mobile TV, visual radio, visual art, DVB-H, enterprise mobility,
mobile entertainment... these were but a few of the hot topics of discussion at
the Nokia Mobile Entertainment Conference last week in Monaco. Additionally, the
concept of convergence is likely THE underlying theme present in many of the sessions
and demonstrations last week. We’re taking about Terminal convergence, Service
to application convergence, and Network convergence. This is the first in a series
